Chris and Peter have co-owned and operated G’s Fitness and Nutrition since December 2005.
Peter – In-Home & Performance Training
Peter holds a B.S. in Nutritional Science with an emphasis in Exercise & Sport. As our lead in-home trainer, he serves clients within a 25-mile radius along the Connecticut shoreline. A former athlete, Peter has designed programs for competitors from the scholastic to professional levels. He also trains clients managing orthopedic, cardiovascular, and other chronic conditions, and supports post-rehab return to activity (spine, knee, shoulder). Peter’s integrated approach—smart nutrition plus precise, progressive training—helps clients reach their goals safely and efficiently.
Chris – Studio Coaching & Athlete Development
Chris earned a B.S. in Nutritional Science for Exercise & Sport from the University of Connecticut and is an NSCA-certified personal trainer (NCCA-accredited). With a background in baseball and basketball, he coaches clients of all ages and abilities—from youth to seniors. Chris focuses on strength, injury prevention, and sport performance. He works with nationally ranked golfers, collegiate and professional athletes, high school teams, and motivated individuals seeking sustainable results.
